آل یسین ویلفئیر ٹرسٹ 2010 میں باقاعدہ رجسٹر کروایا گیا۔ ٹرسٹ کے بورڈ میں مستقل اور اعزازی حیثیت میں ماہرین تعلیم، علمائے دین، ریٹائرڈ جنرل، جج اور سماجی کارکنوں سمیت کئی معتبر افراد شامل ہیں۔ ابتدا میں اس کے اغراض و مقاصد میں تعلیم، روزگار، میڈیکل، غریب بچیوں کے جہیز میں معاونت اور بے سرپرست گھرانوں کے لیے ماہانہ امداد شامل تھی۔ گزشتہ پندرہ سالوں میں ان تمام اہداف پہ مسلسل کوششوں سے ہمارے اہداف نکھرتے چلے گئے اور ہمیں زیادہ مرتکز ہونے کا موقع ملا۔ اس دوران کئی سو بچیوں کی شادیوں کے سلسلے میں معاونت کی گئی، سیکڑوں لوگوں کے روزگار کے لیے اسباب مہیا کیے گئے اور کئی بے سرپرست گھرانوں کو مستقل ماہانہ راشن اب تک پہنچایا جا رہا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ ماہ مبارک رمضان میں سالانہ قریب پانچ سو افراد کو راشن پہنچایا جاتا ہے تاکہ اس بابرکت مہینے کو بہتر انداز سے گزار سکیں۔ سیلاب، کورونا اور دیگر آفات کے دوران آل یسین ویلفئیر ٹرسٹ اپنی قومی ذمہ داری سمجھتے ہوئے، میدان عمل میں فعال رہا اور ہزاروں بے گھر خاندانوں کی مدد کی۔ اس سب کے ساتھ ٹرسٹ نے موجودہ حالات کو دیکھتے ہوئے تعلیم اور صحت کے حوالے سے مستقل منصوبے شروع کر رکھے ہیں، جن کی تفصیل درج ذیل ہے۔

دی نالج گیٹ وے اسکول

اس کا باقاعدہ آغاز مستحق طلباء کو فیس دینے سے ہوا، ہم نے 250 بچوں کی اسکول فیس دینے کا سلسلہ شروع کیا۔ یہ سلسلہ ماہانہ چند لاکھ کے اخراجات تک پہنچا تو ضرورت محسوس ہوئی کہ ہم معیاری تعلیم کا ایک ادارہ بنا لیں تا کہ بچوں کی تعلیمی و تربیتی ضروریات پوری کی جا سکیں۔

اس مقصد کے لیے 2017 میں دی نالج گیٹ وے کے نام سے ایک تعلیمی ادارہ قائم کیا گیا، یہ ادارہ آج علاقے میں معروف تعلیمی ادارے کے طور پہ ابھر کر آیا ہے، جہاں 300 کے قریب بچے تعلیم حاصل کر رہے ہیں اور بچوں کی تمام تعلیمی ضروریات کے لیے کوششیں کی جا رہی ہیں۔ اسکول میں پانچویں سے اوپر صرف بچیاں پڑھ رہی ہیں، یہ فیصلہ علاقائی ضرورت کو مد نظر رکھتے ہوئے بچیوں کی تعلیم کی اہمیت کو سمجھتے ہوئےکیا گیا۔ اسکول کو باقاعدہ پنجاب بورڈ سے الحاق کروا دیا گیا ہے۔ اس منصوبے کی سالانہ لاگت قریب پینتالیس لاکھ ہے۔

الخدیجہ میڈیکل ڈسپنسری:

2015 میں قائم کی جانے والی اس ڈسپنسری کا ہدف مستحق افرا دکے لیے قابل حصول طبی سہولیات مہیا کرنا تھا، اس مقصد کے لیے قابل ڈاکٹرز کی زیر نگرانی مفت چیک اپ اور دوا کے لیے صرف تیس روپے کی پرچی رکھی گئی۔ یہاں روزانہ تین گھنٹے میں قریب 50 افراد مستفید ہوتے ہیں۔ اس طرح گزشتہ دس سال میں ہزاروں افراد اس سہولت سے فائدہ اٹھا چکے ہیں۔ یہ ڈسپنسری ایک پائلٹ پراجیکٹ کے طور پہ کام کر رہی ہے، جو ان شاء اللہ بہتر ہوتا چلا جائے گا۔  اس منصوبے کی سالانہ لاگت قریب پندرہ لاکھ ہے۔

سائبان ابو طالبؑ:

سائبان ابو طالب کے نام سے ایک بڑا منصوبہ زیر تعمیر ہے جو یتیم بچون سے مخصوص ہے، اس میں تین سو بچوں کے لیے ہاسٹل کی سہولت موجود ہے جبکہ ادارے میں موجود کلاس رومز کی کیپیسٹی پانچ سو بچوں کی ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ اس منصوبے میں وسیع لائبریری، ان ڈور گیمز، میس اور دیگر سہولیات بھی موجود ہوں گی۔ یہ اس شہر کا ایک منفرد منصوبہ ہو گا جہاں معاشرے کے محروم بچوں کے لیے آگے بڑھنے کے تمام وسائل مہیا کیے جائیں گے تا کہ وہ معاشرے کے باقی بچوں کے برابر ترقی کر سکیں اور اپنی محرومیوں کو مد نظر رکھتے ہوئے مستقبل میں محروم ہونے والوں کی ضروریات کا خیال رکھ سکیں۔

ڈھائی کروڑ کی لاگت سے زمین خریدی جا چکی ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ اب تک کی تعمیرات پر قریب چھ کروڑ خرچ ہو چکا ہے۔ جس سے بیسمنٹ کا ابتدائی ڈھانچہ تیار ہو چکا ہے۔

ہر سال کئی ہزار بچے پورے پاکستان سے جڑواں شہروں کی طرف ہجرت کر کے آتے ہیں۔ ان طلبا میں ایک بڑی تعداد وطن عزیز کے شمالی حصوں یعنی گلگت بلتستان اور خیبر پختونخواہ سے آتی ہے۔  اس کی بڑی وجہ امن و امان کی بہتر صورتحال، وسائل کی  دستیابی اور نئے امکانات کی بھرمار ہے۔ یہاں تعلیمی اداروں میں بہتر اساتذہ میسر آسکتے ہیں، بہتر ماحول اور مناسب سہولیات کے ساتھ رہائشی ضروریات بھی آسانی سے پوری ہو سکتی ہیں۔ یہی خصوصیات جڑواں شہروں کو طلبا کے لیے بہتر جگہ بنادیتی ہیں۔

وہ بچے جن کے والدین   اخراجات برداشت نہیں کر سکتے، یا یتیم اور محروم بچے وہ سب ان سہولیات اور امکانات سے محروم رہ جاتے ہیں۔  راولپنڈی شہر میں ایسا کوئی منصوبہ قائم کرنا جہاں یتیم بچوں کی تعلیم و تربیت اور رہائش کی مناسب سہولیات دی جا سکیں تو بچوں کے مستقبل کے لیے ایک اہم قدم ہو گا۔

اسی خیال کو مد نظر رکھتے ہوئے اڈیالہ روڈ پہ گلشن شمال میں سائبان ابو طالب نامی ایک ادارے کا منصوبہ بنایا  گیا۔ یہ ادارہ بہترین سہولیات کے ساتھ، 300 سے زیادہ یتیم بچوں کو ملک بھر سے پناہ دے گا ،انٹرمیڈئیٹ تک  ان بچوں کی تعلیم و تربیت کا اہتمام ادارے ہی کی طرف سے کیا جا ئے گا۔   اس دوران انھیں اس قابل بنایا جائے گا کہ وہ اچھی یونیورسٹی میں تعلیم کے لیے اسکالرشپ تلاش کر سکیں۔  یہ ادارہ  دو حصوں پہ مشتمل ہو گا، رہائشی حصہ صرف یتیموں سے مخصوص ہو گا جہاں یہ بچے اساتذہ ک زیر نگرانی رہیں گے اور نصابی و ہم نصابی سرگرمیوں کے ساتھ بہترین زندگی کے لیے کوشش کریں گے۔ دوسرا حصہ  جو اسکول کا ہو گا وہ سب بچوں کے لیے کھلا ہو گا، یتیم بچوں کو ادارے کی طرف سے اسکول بھیجا جائے گا اور علاقے کے باقی بچے مناسب فیس دے کر اسکول میں داخلہ لے سکیں گے، اس کا اہم فائدہ یتیم بچوں کے لیے ایک مخصوص ماحول نہ بننے دینا ہے  تا کہ یہ بچے عام بچوں کی طرح پرورش پا سکیں اور ایک خوشگوار مقابلے کی فضا بن سکے۔

Need of an orphanage in Twin Cities: –

Every year, thousands of children from all over Pakistan migrate to the twin cities (Islamabad and Rawalpindi). A significant number of these students come from the northern regions of the country, particularly Gilgit-Baltistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The main reasons for this migration are the improved security situation, the availability of resources, and a lot of new opportunities. In these cities, students can access better teachers, a healthier environment, and adequate facilities, including accommodation, all of which are easily accessible. These factors make the twin cities an attractive place for students.

However, children whose parents cannot afford the expenses, as well as orphans and deprived children, are left out of these facilities and opportunities. Establishing a project in Rawalpindi that provides education, development and adequate living facilities for orphaned children would be a significant step for their future.

With this idea in mind, a project named Saiban Abu Talib has been planned in Gulshan-e-Shamal on Adiala Road. This institution, equipped with the best facilities, will provide shelter to more than 300 orphaned children from across the country. The institution will take responsibility for their education and upbringing up to the intermediate level. During this time, these children will be prepared to seek scholarships for further education in good universities.

The institution will be divided into two parts. The residential section will be exclusively for orphans, where these children will live under the supervision of teachers, engaging in both academic and extracurricular activities to prepare for a better life. The second section will be the school, which will be open to all children. Orphans will attend the school provided by the institution, while other children from the area can enroll by paying a reasonable fee. This arrangement will ensure that orphans do not grow up in an isolated environment and can thrive in a competitive and healthy atmosphere, just like other children.

Saiban Abu Talib will not only be an orphanage but rather a shelter for orphaned children, a place where they can nurture their talents and fully blossom by utilizing the abilities granted by God. It will be an institution where orphaned children are not just raised but are nurtured in a way that they can become leaders of society. Our aim is not only for these children to become productive citizens but to prepare them as leaders and guides. History bears witness that when God takes away the shadow of a father from someone, He bestows them with many abilities so that they can alleviate the sufferings of those like themselves who are afflicted by sorrow.

This Saiban (shelter) is named after the personality who raised the greatest orphan of this universe, made sacrifices for him, endured wounds, and then became a support for orphans themselves. On one hand, there is Imam Ali (A.S.), who is known as the “Father of Orphans,” and on the other hand, there is the Holy Prophet (PBUH), who was a support for orphans.

Modern Skills Alongside Education:

Since the children will be residing here full-time, managing their routine and training will become easier. During this period, along with education, modern skills can be introduced to the children as extracurricular activities. For example, healthy sports, painting, literature, public speaking, computer programming, and other activities that fall under STEM, helping to fulfill all the dimensions of the children’s intellect. This will instill in them a desire to prepare themselves for the future through playful learning.

The Concept of Mentor-Teacher:

Institutions that operate with hostels often face the challenge of gaining children’s trust and taking care of them. In such situations, the concept of a mentor-teacher proves very helpful. A mentor-teacher is someone who, besides being a teacher, is also a guardian and mentor to a small group of children, guiding and caring for them as an elder brother, teacher, and father figure.

The Three-Parent Program:

Quality education for children undoubtedly requires extensive expenses, which no institution can bear on its own. For this, the Three-Parent Program is under consideration. In this program, three individuals will collaborate in the care of one child, enabling the institution to better look after the children. This will include the child’s mother or guardian, a mentor-teacher, and a donor who will bear the expenses for the child. We will encourage donors to take full responsibility for the children, and by full responsibility, we do not only mean financial expenses. Donors will also be entitled to inquire about the child’s progress with the school administration, as though they are considering the child a part of their own family.
